Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner, namely, Akbar Ali Talukdar, son Page No.# 2/2 of Kutub Uddin Talukdar, resident of Village-Dudhpatil Part-IV, P.S.-Silchar, District-Cachar has filed this pre-arrest bail application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in Udharbond P.S. Case No. 126/2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 2014/2024, registered under Sections 137(2) BNS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel submitted that this pre-arrest bail application has become infructuous, as in the meanwhile, the petitioner has already been arrested in said Udharbond P.S.
