1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
2. Perused the case diary.
3. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim and the witnesses and the injury report showing physical assault on vital parts of the body like face as also on other parts like thigh, knees and back leading to, among other things, dislodging of two teeth, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
