The present application has been filed for cancellation of Bail of O.P.No.2 in B.P. No.428 of 2021 dated 22.03.2021 arising out of Civil Line P.S. Case No.79 of 2020 under Section 323, 341, 504, 506, 498A/34 of Indian Penal Code and ¾ of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. It appears from the record of the present case that O.P. No.2 has been granted bail in B.P.No.438 of 2021 by the Court of learned Session Judge, Gaya and petitioner has without approaching the learned Court below has directly approached Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59108 of 2024(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 this Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with a liberty to move before learned Court below for cancellation of bail of the O.P.No.2. 5.
