The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that pursuant to such direction, the first respondent conducted preliminary enquiry and found commission of offence under Section 296(b), 351(2) and 79 of BNS, 2023 and accordingly registered FIR in Cr.No.6/2025. 3.
