Present applicant-Neeraj Kumar Meena, S/o Lakhan Singh Meena is praying for regular bail in relation to FIR dated 21.09.2024, registered as FIR No. 29 of 2024 at P.S. Cyber Crime Rudrapur District Udham Singh Nagar which was lodged against some unknown persons for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5), 318(4), 61(2) of BNS read with Section 66D of the I.T. Act. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and whatever be the amount has been credited that has been credited in the account of other co-accused. In order to substantiate her argument, the counsel for the applicant also placed on record the statement of other co-accused but when a particular query put on the counsel how the account statement of the other co-accused obtained then she submits that present applicant is the joint account holder. 5. Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application by submitting that the present applicant and co-accused are indulged in an organized crime which is very serious in nature. 6. After hearing the arguments of the learned counsel for the parties and further taking into consideration the seriousness of the allegation, this Court 2025:UHC:3956 is of the view that the applicant does not deserve for bail. 7.
