The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 108/ 3(5) of the BNS. 3. Specific accusation of misbehaviour with the grand-daughter of the informant is against co-accused Manish Kumar as a result of which she committed suicide. This petitioner is only alleged to have abused and assaulted the grand-daughter of the informant. Police after investigation submitted final form. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail Patna High Court CR.
