p. 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK CONTC No.6043 of 2025 Sunita Behera …. Petitioner Mr. P.K. Nanda, Advocate -Versus- Purushottam Benia working as Executive Officer, Gopalpur N.A.C., Gopalpur, Ganjam …. Opposite Party/ contemnor Mr. Judhistira Sahu, Advocate CORAM: MR. JUSTICE R.K. PATTANAIK Order No. ORDER 20.05.2025 03. 1. Recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties. 2. No compliance affidavit is filed by the N.A.C. It is submitted by Mr. Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner that a shop room is available in the market complex of the N.A.C. in respect of which the petitioner had applied for and allowed. Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the opposite party/contemnor submits that the direction was to allot a shop room in any market complex of the N.A.C. But according to the Court, the order as at Annexure-1 shall have to be read as and with reference to the market complex in respect of which the lottery was drawn and applied for the same. Since it is claimed that a shop room is available in the said market complex, this Court is inclined to direct the opposite party/contemnor to allot the same if not already to anyone else in favour of the petitioner in compliance of the order in W.P.(C) No.746 of 2025. p. 2 3. With the above direction, the contempt petition stands disposed of and consequently, the proceeding against the opposite party/contemnor is hereby dropped. 4. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules. Alok (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge
