The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has a 2 ½ year old child and finds it difficult to travel from Tiruppur to Pollachi, is more than 60 kms. Further she is residing in her parents' house along with her child and has no independent source of livelihood. Hence, she seeks transfer of the case to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer. 4. Accordingly, HMOP.276 of 2024 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Pollachi, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram. 5. The Subordinate Court, Pollachi, is directed to transmit the case records to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
