NIRMAL KUMAR, J. nr ORDER This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until furthers on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.403 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29885 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.403 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.29885 of 2024 dated 20.01.2025 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until furthers is relaxed. 4.
