It is submitted at the Bar that challenging the judgment and order dated 11th March, 2025, as passed by this Court in WPA 3871 of 1978, the respondents have preferred an appeal being MAT 2258 of 2025, which is pending before a Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court for adjudication.
