Present criminal revision has been filed with a prayer to allow this revision and set asie the impugned order dated 20.09.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Bulandshahr, Ajay Pal Versus Akash Yadav in Complaint Case No.12 of 2023, under Section 341, 506, 323 IPC and under Sections 3(2)(5) of S.C./S.T. (P.A.) Act, Police Station Sikandrabad, District Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that by way of the instant revision, revisionist has challenged the impugned order dated 20.09.2023 passed by Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Bulandshahr, by which his complaint has been dismissed but as impugned order dated 20.09.2023 is appealable under the provisions of S.C./S.T. Act, therefore, the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to applicant to approach before the appropriate forum. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.
