This petition has been filed for following relief: "To direct the Civil Jude (Senior Division) Maharajganj to decide the objection filed by the petitioners/ defendants under Order 39 Rule (3) C.P.C. arising out of the Suit No. 24 of 2025 (Sailesh Devi versus Pawan Jaiswal and others) pending before him expeditiously (Annexure No. 4 to this Misc. Petition)." 2. From the perusal of record it is apparent that the aforesaid objections filed by the petitioners under Order 39 Rule 3 C.P.C. are pending before the court of Civil Jude (Senior Division) Maharajganj. 3. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil to consider and decide the aforesaid objections filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties and giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
