Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from SI Jugal Kishore submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the petitioner has been declared as innocent after conclusion of investigation and the Investigating Agency is in the process of filing cancellation report before the jurisdictional Court. As such, present petition has become infructuous.
