The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115, 308(5), 324(4), 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., petitioners alongwith co-accused Raju Mian @ Raju Khan demanded ransom of Rs. 8,00,000/- and threatened with dire consequences. Petitioners have got criminal antecedent and they are accused in three cases. 4.
