Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-3) will be decided within three days and a speaking order so passed will be supplied to the petitioners in compliance to the notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Haryana Government. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is accepted. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to avail alternate remedy by way of appeal in terms of the above-said notification.
