The prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a direction to official respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent No.4 who is threatening him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that raising his grievance, the petitioner has moved a representation dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, to look into the representation dated 26.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
