Prayer in the present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is for initiating proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of order dated 22.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-8504-2024. 2. Mr. Nischal Chetanya Manchanda, Advocate for Mr. Jagdish Manchanda, Advocate, is present in Court, on an advance copy of the petition having been furnished to him and appears on behalf of respondent No.3. He submits that the aforesaid order has been complied with and in deference thereto, a speaking order dated 11.07.2025 has been passed. A copy of the said order has been produced in Court and also furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid, the cause of action does not survive in the present petition and the same be disposed of as such. 4. The present petition is disposed of accordingly.
