Learned Counsel for the respondent, M.S.R.T.C. raised a preliminary objection by filing an affidavit in reply, contending that an alternate and efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order before the Industrial Court. 4. Having gone through the record, petitioner was dismissed from service on 14.03.2018. In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not maintainable. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate complaint before the Industrial Court. 7. The delay occurred while prosecuting the present petition shall be considered by the Industrial Court while dealing with the proceedings, in accordance with law. 8.
