This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 832 of 2021, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S.- Hapur Nagar, District- Hapur pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.) Fast Track, Hapur expeditiously within a stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the complainant in the aforesaid case. It is further submitted that summoning order in the matter was passed on 23.6.2022 and the opposite party no.2 was summoned to face trial under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act. The opposite party no.2 is not cooperating with the progress of the case. It is also submitted that an application under Section 143-A of N.I.Act was moved by the applicant which is pending. 4. I have considered the submissions and perused the entire record. 5. It reveals from the perusal of the order sheets that the application moved by the applicant under Section 143-A of the N.I.Act is pending. Hence, the trial court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the said application expeditiously and thereafter make all possible endeavours to dispose of the case under reference as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period provided under the statue itself, if there is no other legal impediment. 6.
