Mr. Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 3 to 5 (the supply company). On query Mr. Singh submits private respondents are vendors. We find omission to disclose application made in prescribed form. In the circumstances, petitioner will apply in prescribed form for electric connection. He may enclose certified copy of this order along with his application. On query Mr. Chaturvedi submits, connection applications are dealt with by respondent no.4. Said respondent is directed to consider petitioner's application, when made and upon compliance with all requisites, give the connection or inform him reason(s) as to why the connection cannot be given, within a period of four weeks of the application made.
