Advocate Sri. G.K. Hiregoudar for the petitioners/State Authorities and learned counsel Sri. Anand Ashtekar for the respondent. Perused the entire writ petition papers. 2. The petitioners/State Authorities are before this Court aggrieved by order dated 18.10.2024 passed in Application No.10986/2024, whereunder the Tribunal quashed the order of suspension dated 16.8.2024 (Annexure-A7) insofar as respondent is concerned. 3. The petitioners are before this Court urging several grounds. However, it is to be noticed that before filing the present writ petition, the State Authorities by Government Order dated 9.6.2025 in compliance with the order of the Tribunal, provided posting to the respondent by counseling. 4. Moreover, it is submitted that the articles of charge has already been issued to the respondent. If the articles of - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14189-DB WP No. 107301 of 2025 charge is issued, the purpose of continuing the respondent under suspension would no more exist. 5. In light of the above, we find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the Tribunal. Accordingly, writ petition stands rejected.
