It transpires from the record that as the matter pertains to matrimonial dispute the coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.11.2024 referred the matter to Mediation Centre for amicably settlement of the dispute. 3. In compliance thereof Registrar AHCMCC submitted report which shows that mediation completed but no agreement had arrived between the parties. 4. Today when the matter is taken up in the revised list no one turn up from either of the parties to press the application. 5. In view of above, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. stands rejected for want of prosecution.
