Singh appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, her client is resident of village Dhuria Kot, Tamkuhi in District Kushinagar. She refers to photographs disclosed at page 11 to submit, the electric poles in the village bearing electric lines are in precarious condition. Accident by electrocution is imminently possible. Her client made complaint dated 3rd May, 2025 to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate. 2. Mr. Ashim Mukharji, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Ms. Rishu Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.2. Ms. Mishra submits, petitioner can approach her client and complaint will be forwarded to higher authority for action to be taken. 3. Petitioner is directed to lodge fresh complaint with respondent no.2 enclosing certified copy of this order as well as copy of his earlier complaint dated 3rd May, 2025, addressed to the Sub- Divisional Magistrate. Said respondent will cause immediate action taken to prevent any untoward incident. We request Ms. Mishra to also inform her client to take necessary action, without waiting for the communication. 4.
