The petitioner has assailed an order dated 17.09.2024 passed by respondent No. 4 in pursuance of order dated 07.03.2024 passed by this Court in previous writ petition of the petitioner bearing Writ-C No. 7546 of 2024. By the said order, this Court had directed respondent No. 5 to decide the money claim of the petitioner arising out of a work contract. 2. The impugned order records that part of the work, which was done by the petitioner, was found to be substandard and the remaining part of the work of construction of the road measuring 758.00 meters was not executed. Consequently, the claim has been rejected. 3. As the claim is being disputed, therefore, we are not inclined to examine disputed questions of facts in relation to a money claim in exercise of writ jurisdiction and dispose of of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy available under the contract or under common law as may be advised.
