Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the orders passed by the learned Trial Court and submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the accused has made the full and final payment in terms of the settlement. Pursuant thereto, the complaint before the learned Trial Court has been compounded and the accused persons have been acquitted.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is appearing through video conferencing, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties.
4. In view of the aforesaid developments, the present petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
