(ORAL) Through the instant petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.136 dated 09.04.2025 under Sections 115, 118(1), 3(5), 324(4), 351(3) BNS, registered at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 29.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3. On 29.05.2025, following order had been passed: - “ Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, who is a student of B.Tech final year in University Institute of Technology has been falsely involved in the present case. He next contends that in fact the petitioner was neither named in the FIR nor any concern with the alleged fight, which has been taken place between the staff and students. Adjourned to 28.08.2025. In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation. In the event of arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions provided under Section 482(2) of B.N.S.S.” 4. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Ram Niwas, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 29.05.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall also abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
