HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 8060 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. 1. Ms. Sangeeta Gupta D/o late Daya Shankar Gupta, R/o Subhash Chawk, Tilak Nagar, Padrauna, Kushinagar, U.P., the deponent in writ petition being Writ - A No.- 8060 of 2025 filed on behalf of Sunil Chauhan, is present in Court along with an application seeking exemption from personal appearance. 2. She states that she is a next door neighbor of Sunil Chauhan and it is because of trust and confidence which was reposed by Sunil Chauhan that she came to Prayagraj to file this petition and deposed the same as pairvikar. She submits that she had no intention to file this petition and Sunil Chauhan has now turned around and hence she is rendered helpless. 3. Considering the special facts and circumstances pleaded in the affidavit, I consider it to condone the mistake committed by Ms. Sangeeta Gupta as a mistake committed by her innocently. However, she is a registered Advocate with Bar Council of U.P., so she is expected to be more vigilant in future while indulging in any activity pro bono. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, exemption application is allowed. Notice issued to Ms. Sangeeta Gupta stands discharged. 5. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed and is consigned to records. September 19, 2025 Atmesh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : A.P. Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Ajit Kumar,J.)
