Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material on record. This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing the order dated 22.4.2025, 22.4.2025 and 24.4.2025 passed by respondent no.2 in Case No.309 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.D202411080000309) (State Vs. Fazil), Case No.176 of 2024 (D202411080000176) (State Vs. Gulab) and Case No. 170 of 2024 (D202411080000170) (State Vs. Najim @ Munna) respectively under Section 3/4 U.P. Goonda Control Act, 1970. The grievance of the petitioners are that there are three appeals alongwith the stay applications filed under Section 6 U.P. Goonda Control Act, 1970, pending before Commissioner Meerut, Division Meerut, but their stay applications have not been considered as yet. In view of the above, this writ petition disposed of directing the appellate authority to decide the stay applications of the petitioners, within a month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Till the decision is taken by the appellant authority on the stay applications of petitioners, impugned orders of District Magistrate shall be kept in abeyance.
