While pronouncing the judgment in connected Government Appeal No. 1235 of 1991 (State of U.P. Vs. Ram Singh and Others), it transpires that against the same impugned judgment and order dated 14.03.1991 acquitting the accused-opposite parties Ram Singh and Ram Vishal, the instant Criminal Revision No. 668 of 1991 has also been preferred by the first informant Shiv Narain. 2. Perusal of record of the instant criminal revision shows that the revisionist Shiv Narain has already passed away about ten years back and till date, his legal heirs has not come up before this Court to press the instant criminal revision. 3. However, it is germane to point out here that against the impugned judgment and order dated 14.03.1991, Government Appeal No. 1235 of 1991 (State of U.P. Vs. Ram Singh and Others) filed by the State has already been dismissed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 18.09.2025, as such, in terms of the reasons Versus Counsel for Revisionist : V.S. Kushwaha Counsel for Opposite Party : I.M. Khan Shiv Narain .....Revisionist Ram Singh .....Opposite Party assigned in the aforesaid judgment and order passed in connected Government Appeal No. 1235 of 1991 (State of U.P. Vs.
