JMIC, Gurdaspur and the impugned summoning order dated 22.11.2024 (Annexure P-6) for the offence under Section 323/324 IPC along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court to avail an alternative remedy as available to him under Section 210 Cr.PC. 3.
