It is also informed by State counsel that not only final report has submitted, but recommendation has been made to proceed against the complainant for prosecution under Section 182 of IPC. 6. Accordingly the C482 application is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Needless to say that applicant is at liberty to take legal recourse available to him, in case need arises.
