1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities to issue permanent Social Status Certificate(Caste Certificate) to the petitioner under the C.G. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Rules, 2013.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the temporary certificate has already been issued, however, the permanent certificate is not being issued till date, though the petitioner has submitted an application on 13/05/2024 before the competent authority i.e. SDO/respondent No.2. He further submits that the requisite document which is available with the petitioner has already been submitted before the SDO, but still they are not proceeding in accordance with the Rule, 2013 and the permanent caste certificate could not be issued to the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that as the petitioner’s application has been filed on 13/05/2024, the competent authority will act in accordance with law and the authority shall take necessary steps for issuance of the permanent Caste Certificate in accordance with the Rule, 2013 within stipulated period.

4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the application as well as the order, by which, the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner has been disposed of vide order dated 16/04/2024 in WPC No.99/2020.
5. In the earlier writ petition, there is already a direction to the SDO/respondent to decide the matter of the petitioner for grant of Social Status Certificate strictly in accordance with the Rule, 2013 and even it has been observed that in absence of material documents, the report of the vigilance cell would be conclusive, hence, the SDO(Revenue)/respondent No.2 is directed to take necessary steps for issuance of permanent Caste Certificate in accordance with law, within a period of fifty days from today.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is
disposed of. SD/-
