(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents to register a criminal case against respondents No. 4 and 5, who allegedly trespassed into t 18.04.2025 and hurled abuses to them and also to decide representation/complaint dated 22.04.2025. The petitioners have for protecting their life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5. Learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, in terms of a writing received from SHO, Police Station City Rohtak, has submitted that on receipt of the aforesaid complaint from the petitioner been conducted by the police concerned and i herself is an accused in FIR No. 177 dated 25.04 Sections 115, 126 and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station City Rohtak and she had given aforesaid complaint with false

Even otherwise, the petitioners may file an appropriate complaint before the Area Magistrate for initiating criminal proceedings against the private respondents.
