Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:107063 Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 18244 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rajendra Kumar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. 1. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to compliance the order dated 29.04.2023, 04.07.2024 and order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, Jaunpur." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that orders in proceedings under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been passed but the same have not been complied with. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, with a direction upon officer concerned to comply the orders dated 29.04.2023, 04.07.2024 and order dated 24.02.2025 passed by respondent No.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate Sadar, Jaunpur, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
