In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner herein has complained non-compliance of order dated 23.06.2022, in terms whereof while disposing of the petition filed by the petitioner being WP(C) No. 1332/2022, the Deputy Commissioner, Shopian respondent 5 in the petition came to be directed to take necessary steps for removal of encroachment over Shamilat/Kahcharai land falling under survey No. 41 situated at Chek-I-Aziz Shah, Shopian in strict adherence to the scheme framed for eviction of encroachments on common land issued vide Government Order No. Rev/Lit/218 of 2011 dated 28.11.2011. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being, inter alia, stated that in furtherance of the compliance of the order passed by this Court, necessary steps were taken and after proper demarcation of Survey No. 41, no kind of encroachment was found. 3. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents, the order passed by this Court seemingly has been complied with necessitating the recalling of the contempt notice and closure of contempt proceedings. 4.
