The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for setting aside the impugned order dated 19.04.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed in case bearing No.SC-03-2025 arising out of FIR No.70 dated 30.05.2022 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B & 346 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Subhanpur, District Kapurthala, whereby non-bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner. 2. After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 02.07.2025 and shall also furnish bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 3.
