Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an amount of ₹10,000/- was ordered to be paid and the same has been deposited before the learned Trial Court by the petitioner. The said fact is reflected in the order dated 03.02.2010. An amount of ₹1,30,000/- was also ordered to be paid as 2 compensation amount and the said amount has also been deposited before this Court on 06.07.2017. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the deposit of the amount he has instructions not to press the present petition. 4. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. Petitioner is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. 5.
