For petitioner : Mr.D.Veerasekaran For Respondents : Mr.V.Jayakumar Page 1 / 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP NPD.No.2303 of 2025 O R D E R This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the III Additional District Judge, Poonamallee to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.165 of 2016 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Poonamallee within the stipulated time limit fixed by this Court. 2. The suit in O.S.No.165 of 2016 has been filed before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee for specific performance and for recovery of possession and the suit has been decreed in favour of the revision petitioner on 25.02.2021. The petitioner had filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.3 of 2023 to execute the decree. Though the petitioner had filed the Execution petition in the year 2023, the same is pending without any progress and adjournments have been granted without any reason. The appeal filed by the respondents has not even be numbered and no stay has been granted. Based on the memo filed by the respondents, the execution petition has been adjourned from time to time. The revision petitioner is aged about 74 years. Hence, the present revision petition has been filed seeking direction for speedy disposal of the Execution Petition filed by the revision petitioner. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, without going into merits of the case, the learned III Additional District Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition filed in E.P.No.3 of 2023 in O.S.No.165 of 2016 expeditiously, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
