The Stamp Reporter has submitted report that the present revision is not maintainable in view of the fact that the revisionist has assailed the judgment and decree dated 27.01.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No.3, Bijnor in S.C.C. Revision No.88 of 2021 (Dilshad Ahmad Vs. Smt. Tasleema). 3. In such view of the fact, the present revision under Section 25 of The Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887 against the impugned order is not maintainable. Accordingly, revision is dismissed with liberty to the revisionist to challenge the impugned order in appropriate proceedings.
