Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 85/109(1), 115(2), 351(3), 352/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 4 of D.P. Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the Informant. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted his wife due to which, she sustained two injuries. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the injuries sustained by the Informant were simple in nature. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. 5. Considering the nature of injury, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga in connection with Lohardaga Mahila P.S.
