The following prayers have been made in the writ petition:- " (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent Nos.3 to 4 to shift the proposed Drivers' Rest House between two plots after leaving area for petitioner and other plot holders to access their plots. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's representation /grievance, which are still pending before them." 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that representation dated 18.05.2025 moved by the petitioner before respondent No.3 in respect of the grievance is pending and it may be directed to be decided. 3. Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Vaibhav Tripathi, Advocate appearing for the respondent No.3 states that the request of the petitioner, as contained in his representation dated 18.05.2025, would be examined by respondent No.3. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as contained in the representation dated 18.05.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order, in accordance with law.
