JUSTICE S.VISHWAJITH SHETTY) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for sometime, submits that the victim girl and her mother have not been cooperating before the trial Court and therefore, coercive steps have been taken by the trial Court to secure their presence for the purpose of their examination. He submits that matter is now listed on 16.09.2025.
