The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated June 25, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for non-appearance of the petitioner at the time of call. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was on his legs from the new building to the main building, due to which the petitioner could not appear before this Court. 2 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed. 4. Accordingly, the order dated June 25, 2026 is recalled. 5. WPA 15809 of 2024 is restored in its original file. 6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. 7. Let the matter appear on April 23, 2026 under the heading “Motion”. 8.
