This is a petition for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the judgement dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.197/2025. 2. Respondents have filed their statement of facts and have taken a categoric stand that the petitioner has only submitted the copy of the judgement dated 04.02.2025 but has not complied with any of the direction recorded in the said order. The petitioner has neither filed any application seeking restoration of GST number personally or through online mode nor has the petitioner made any effort to file return GSTR3B and deposit outstanding amount of tax, interest and penalty. He has not completed any of the formality attending on restoration of registration certificate. 3. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, the petitioner cannot be permitted to take the benefits of his own wrongs as he has not complied with the part of the directions which were required to be complied with by him and therefore, cannot seek the initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents.
