This application has been filed for seeking following reliefs: Respondent Authorities (Official Respondents) to consider petitioner's application dated 23.12.2023 and make ensure to lodge a F.I.R. against all named (Private Respondents) and take appropriate and strong legal action for providing security and safety to life liberty and property of the petitioner. ii. Respondents Authority No.2 & 3 to take all necessary and strong legal action against all named (Private Respondents) and also those officer concerned whosoever in collusion with deliberately helped the private respondents to take possession, capture and a new house was built by forcefully demolish the petitioner's ancestral years old house in illegal way which belongs to the petitioner. iii. Respondents Authority No.2 & 3 to take all necessary and strong legal action against the illegal act of all named Private Respondents as they always create serious threat and danger to the life of the petitioner that if she dare to come in the village they will kill the petitioner. 3.
