The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition inter-alias with the prayer to direct the respondents to make the payment of interest to the petitioner on delayed payment of gratuity. 3. Today when the matter is taken up, it is admitted between the counsel for the parties that the interest of delayed payment has already been made in fovour of the petitioner. 4. In this view of the matter, it is argued by Shri Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 that petition has become infructuous. 5. This fact has been very fairly accepted by Shri Kamal Kumar Kesharwani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner. 6.
