After hearing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that a proposal has already been mooted and forwarded by the third respondent, whereby the third respondent has proposed the creation of a separate cadre of A.E. (E&M) and A.E. (Civil). 2. In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to await the decision of the Government, as the Government is the employer and the creation of a 2025:UHC:4229-DB 2 separate cadre or abolition of the same is within the domain of the employer alone. 3. In that view, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent nos.1 & 2 to expedite the consideration and disposal of the proposal placed by the third respondent. (G.
