For the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 6. Considering that such claims deserve expeditious disposal, so also for expedition in execution of decree, this Civil Revision Petition is being disposed of finally, without observing anything on the merits of the claim of the petitioners, with direction to the Execution Court that if there is no other legal impediment, it shall proceed to decide E.A.No.62 of 2022, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before such Court.
