Shree Prakash Jha, A.P.P. ----- 02/25.02.2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 89 of 2024 arising out of Barhi P.S. Case No. 413 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 127(3), 115(2), 64, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribagh. 3. The petitioner alongwith co-accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim. She was recovered after one day. 4. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S in which she has not stated that she was subjected to any sexual atrocity. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribagh in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 89 of 2024 arising out of Barhi P.S.
