1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner appeared in person, is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities/ State Information Commission to decide the complaint dated 14/09/2024 (Annexure P/3) filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner is still pending before the Information Commission and the next date of hearing is fixed on 26/03/2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State Information Commission submits that if the complaint filed by the petitioner is still pending before the Commission, the same shall be considered in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State Information Commission, the Information Commission is
directed to consider and decide the complaint bearing No.C/4392/2024/Rajnandgaon filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order, in accordance with law.
